🎁 What will I learn?

You will learn the following techniques to develop skill-sets you can quickly apply when desired or needed.

💨 Relaxed Breathwork
Everyone breathes—but not everyone breathes effectively, especially during stress.

In this session, you’ll:
1. Understand basic anatomy and physiology to increase awareness of efficient versus inefficient respiration habits
2. Understanding how body posture, lung air volume, and pace ratios of inhalation/exhalation affect respiration
3. Practice relaxed breathing for habit development

🎨 Visualization for Inner Peace
Need to calm yourself during a stressful moment—like a job interview or presentation?

In this session, you will learn:
1. How to create images that transform your mind/body to tranquil serenity using Representational Systems and Sub-Modalities from Neuro-Linguistic Programing (NLP).
2. Practice imagery creation

🚶 Qigong Fundamentals
1. Understand the fundamentals of Qigong
2. Understand the fundamentals of meditation
3. Learn how to unite relaxed breathing mechanics with a moving meditation

🎵 Mindfulness Music Meditation
You will learn how to sail on the waves of musical instruments to gently guide your mind from continuous mental chatter to a calm inner state.

💪 Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR)
We don’t always know we’re stressed, but our body often tells the truth. It speaks through tight shoulders, a clenched jaw, and a tense face—quiet signals asking for care and release.

In this session, you will:
1. Understand the basic anatomy and physiology to increase awareness of specific muscles that are tensed or relaxed.
2. Learn and practice the steps of PMR for skill-set development.
3. Learn and appreciate how an active method such as PMR benefits people who have difficulty being still

🧘 Self-Hypnosis to Quiet the Mind
You’ve already experienced trance states—daydreaming, driving on autopilot, getting lost in thought while doing dishes. Hypnosis is a natural state of focused awareness.

In this session, you’ll:
1. Understand the fundamentals of hypnosis
2. Learn how to gently glide into a calming hypnotic state and deepen relaxation using personal imagery created.
3. Practice self-hypnosis for skill development.

Let go of what no longer serves you, and leave the workshop with a greater sense of calm, clarity, and control.

You are suggested to bring the followings based on your personal needs:

☐ Light blanket or shawl – to stay warm during meditation
☐ Neck pillow or bolster – for neck/back support while lying down
☐ Comfortable clothes – soft, non-restrictive layers
