Satisfaction and Refund Policy

⭐ We are confident in the quality of our programs and committed to your satisfaction. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. That’s why we offer a flexible and transparent refund policy:

🎓 Workshops and Certification Programs
You may cancel or withdraw from a class at any time before it ends. If you choose to withdraw before completing the program, you have two options:

(a) Receive tuition credit for the unused portion of your program, which can be applied to future classes,

or

(b) Receive a refund of the unused portion of the program, minus a 3% application fee.

🔁 How to Cancel or Withdraw
To cancel or withdraw from a class:

(a) Send us an email request before the class ends, or

(b) Let us know in person during the program.

If you choose to cancel before the class starts, we kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to someone on the waiting list.

🏷️ Refund Terms
Refunds are calculated based on the unused portion of your tuition.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

🔢 Refund Calculation
Refund = (Unused Hours ÷ Total Course Hours) × Tuition Fee – Application Fee

🔹 Definitions:
Total Course Hours = the full length of the program (e.g., 8 hours for workshop; 100 hours for certification program)

Unused Hours = number of hours remaining at time of withdrawal

Tuition Fee = total amount the student paid

Application Fee = non-refundable 3% of the tuition fee

We reserve the right to revise this policy or deny refunds in cases of misuse, excessive cancellations, or violations of program terms.
